About the Author – Mellow Star Boss / LUNA STAR

Mellow Star Boss / LUNA STAR is a wife of 26 years, a proud mother, and a multi-talented creator whose heart shines through everything she does. She is an author, artist, content creator, influencer, and the creative force behind M/L/S/BOSS BOOKS LLC— her personal brand and illustration studio.

She is also a partner of the first Black-owned social media platform, MyFAVRt.com, using her creativity and voice to uplift others, spread positivity, and celebrate Black innovation and community.

Writing under the name LUNA STAR, she creates joyful, imaginative children’s books filled with love, laughter, and life lessons. As Mellow Star Boss, she explores deeper adult stories — bold, empowering, and emotionally rich.

A self-described flower child and spiritual soul, she balances her creative world with grace, humor, and honesty. Though she lives with anxiety and depression, she continues to shine brightly, reminding others that it’s okay to rest, to grow, and to rise again.
